FAMILY TREE PACKAGES AND GIFT VOUCHERS

If you do not have the time to research your family tree, a variety of packages are available.  These also make ideal and unusual presents if you are looking for a unique gift. Bucks Research will trace one or more lines of your family tree back typically 4-6 generations to the early 1800s (English ancestors only).

BRONZE PACKAGE £250

One single line family tree taking your selected surname back to the early 1800s. A bound written report will be provided which will include:

  • the names of your direct ancestors from one line, details of where they were born and where they lived, their occupations and the years they were born, married and died

  • photocopies of original census images

  • up to 4 relevant certificates (birth, marriage or death)

  • a family tree

  • suggestions for future research

SILVER PACKAGE £500

A double line family tree taking 2 selected surnames back to the early 1800s. A bound written fully sourced report will be provided which will include:-

  • The names of your direct ancestors from 2 lines, details of where they were born and where they lived, their occupations and the years they were born, married and died

  • photocopies of original census images and transcripts of census returns

  • up to 8 relevant certificates (birth, marriage or death)

  • family trees

  • suggestions for future research

GOLD PACKAGE £500 (one line)

As an alternative to the bronze and silver packages, this is an enhanced package which will explore (for one surname) other resources beyond the census returns and civil registration certificates. By adding ‘leaves to the tree’, this can provide a more interesting and informative account of your 19th century and early 20th century ancestors. In addition to the features outlined above, this history will also include relevant information from the following sources where applicable:-

  • probate records

  • military records

  • occupation records

  • old photographs of relevant buildings (where survived)

  • court records & newspaper reports

  • newspaper reports

BESPOKE PACKAGE

A bespoke family tree report can also be provided incorporating more than two lines or taking the tree back beyond the early 1800s. Please contact me for more details.

GIFT VOUCHERS

If time is running short, a gift voucher can be provided either for one of the packages outlined above or for a sum of your choice. If the latter option is selected, research will be carried to the value specified and the topics for research will be discussed and agreed with the recipient.
